I am Hélène, the lover of local wines, the Sensitive and the Epicurean. After a career rich in experiences in perfumes, the end of the day has arrived. But the artist had not said his last word. I have always had a real love affair with wines and I wanted to get closer to them. And there I said to myself: “Engine! ".
Under the spotlight, I head back to school, heading for the "Franck Thomas" Institute in Antibes, to earn my sommelier diploma, some certifications in tasting styles and in Wines of Provence. After this crazy year, I decided to launch myself with a winning heart, in a wine tourism project while making my senses the meaning of my project.
my roots and my inspirations
It was in the middle of the countryside that I grew up. Treehouses and scratched knees punctuated my childhood. …. It is the authentic products and the protection of the terroir that have always made my heart beat faster. It is therefore quite natural that I went to wine estates that use a healthy cultivation method (organic, biodynamic) for their soils and their vines and a method of vinification that is as natural as possible for the birth of their wines (organic wines, biodynamic wines, natural wines).
. What happens in the vineyard reflects what happens in the wine…. In being passionate about the world of wine, I had not quite left the world of perfumes. The wines continued to offer me that olfactory magic and those emotions that I admired so much in perfumes.
