Vignes Émoi welcomes you to Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur. This southern France, which brings together all the Mediterranean beauties, attracts thanks to its climate, the beauty of its landscapes, its light but also thanks to the richness and diversity of its wines . Rosé wine, moreover, occupies a separate but very real place in this sunny universe. Wine-growing Provence is geographically different with a great diversity of terroirs, sometimes granitic (for the coastal edge), limestone (in the northwest) and sandstone (southwest). The wines also offer an interesting plurality. More than a dozen grape varieties are used in the production of Provence wines . Some of them constitute a base that is found in the majority of the vineyard (grenache, cinsault, syrah, mourvèdre, tibouren for the reds and rosés, clairette, sémillon, ugni blanc vermentino (rolle) for the whites). Others are more specific to certain appellations (Mourvedre for the reds and rosés of Bandol, Araignan and Bourboulenc for the whites of Palette, Braquet and Folle Noire for the reds and rosés of Bellet)
